The address is Westfield , Anstey Way , Instow, Bideford Devon EX39 4JE
( Anstey Way is infact the B3233)
From the M5. Take the Tiverton/Barnstaple exit. Follow the A361 all the way to Barnstaple , then the A39 towards Bideford.
Continue until just before Bideford.Take the turning right to Instow on the B3233, then right at the roundabout. About 2 miles later is Instow.
Just after the turning to the sea front on the left is a little lane on the right with a small scruffy sign for Meadow lane (private lane), take this and bend around to the left and the house is the 2nd half of the 1st semi detached house with a gargage and a parking bay next to it. So you know it is the right house there is an extension and large patio area.
